He comes back to me and say, that one question you just made just opened my eyes completely!

The fact is…If you can define the niche market, the rest is easy!

Now before we talk about the technical part, let’s talk about the guide or the product you are giving for free. Now if a person is looking to lose weight and you are offering them a tool that can tell them they are overweight. They WILL NOT sign up! However, when a person is searching for a weight loss plan, and you are giving them a quick and an easy one to do exactly that! They will sign up!

So it cannot be just anything you want to give out! It has to be something they really need!

The Squeeze Page
When you have the good quality offer in hand, you can easily make your squeeze page. First the page itself needs to have a “drooling” headline title and it has to be powerful and capture the attention in under 3 min. There should be 5-9 bullet points and of course the opt in form should stand out and be above the fold!

Now before you even get into building a squeeze page and getting your free squeeze page templates, you need to understand the reason behind it. The main purpose is to get lead subscribed to your opt in page, so they receive newsletter or making sales for a specific product.
This means. The content they read on your squeeze page template, has to apply to a certain niche before they opt in.

This page is a lot more important than your sales page. Actually it is #1 lead generating page and something that can print checks on demand for you!

So that free squeeze page template has to be a lot less confusing and a lot more focused on the niche you are working with!

So here are some rules:
1. Get niche defined
2. Get the Headline that is “drooling”
3. Get 5-9 Bullet Points
4. Get An Opt in Above the Fold!
Never, never put too much graphics this will ONLY distract your visitor…Never distract your visitors, make them “scan” the text. That is your goal, they will opt in if they are promised something they really need.

Proven fact: it is a lot easier to do email marketing if you are working with niche of people. For example! If you take broad industry such as “music” and you get people to sign up for only music relevant offers you are not doing email target marketing, because music is broad market!

Now go with niche sites such as “Michael Jackson” or Hannah Montana and you are looking into a more niche targeted market.

Your main concern when selecting a niche market needs to have a label on people. You see, in the above example I can say Michael Jackson Fans looking to learn to moon dance. This is a good niche.

Here are just few examples so you get good at selecting niche market.

Weight loss: weigh loss because of diabetes, or weigh loss after pregnancy!

But if you go with broad market such as music, you can never be able to do email target marketing where you can actually profit! I mean, people searching for something in music industry may want to get new CD, or learn to play a guitar, or join a dance group.

So ok we know you need a niche! How do you find your niche market?

All you really have to do is select one forum in broad niche, and you will be able to find your niche market within that forum. Browse the forum and you will come up at least with 10 niche markets to get into!

When you build your site! Have ONLY niche relevant information on it. Give one “free guide” away that those people would normally pay for. For example: a free mini course that guarantees to teach moonwalk dance. It does not matter what it is, as long a you provide what they want!

Not only will you build an email target marketing list which you can mail to from time to time, BUT you will be able to build a relationship with them in no time! Because you know who they are (Michael Jackon Fans) and you only send them relevant info!

There are actually few things I noticed that improved my relationship with my list!  So I thought it was important to mention it to you as well!  Building your lists, is easy.  Give people reason to sign up, and give them the quality info, and they are going to stick with you!  Great, but you have to keep on sending them the quality info in order for them to buy from you! Because a main reason you were building your list, is so you can promote them related product! But if you just sell, sell and sell, they are going to hit that unsubscribe button!

But how do you get them to trust you!  That is not the easy part, but it can be!  We will use an example from the previous post and lets say your niche is dog related products.  Every once in a while, they pull some kind of a food of shelf’s or some kind of a toy.  Broadcast your message to your subscribers, letting them know about the warning!

Now you are creating a totally different relationship with your subscribers.  Not only do they trust you, they love you!  After all, you probably just saved their dog’s life!  So hopefully, you now know the power of building your lists! So few days ago, I mentioned how you are making a mistake if you are not building your list!  Here I will give you an example of how to incorporate building your list into build a niche store!

Let’s say, your niche market was pet related products.  Well let me narrow that niche to dog related products.  Let say someone was looking to purchase bed for their dog.  Have an opt in box where you offer them a complimentary guide that provides a free dog training!  Such as…If you cannot get your dog to stop chewing your Shoes, or Peeing around The House, get the ultimate complimentary guide to proper Dog training!

Yes, this person, may not be looking for that at the time, but people love free stuff and you are going to get their lead.  Now, your list building cannot be constant promotions.  You will need to have quality content in there, but at the same time, once you capture those leads, you can promote all kinds of dog related products to those people!  Flee remedies, Dog Harness, Fleet Remedies, Or seasonal time get the Holiday outfits, halloween Pet outfits etc.

I have many readers here, and I have many people who subscribed to my list.  I will tell you this, if you are not building your lists, you are making a mistake.

As an affiliate marketer, we need to have friends all around the web!  For many people who did subsribe to my list, they got a lot of assistance when they had a problem with their affiliate marketing ventures.  I started building this list basically just to be able to help those people. Since this training was not even a part of my original plan to promote the site.  But during this whole training, and due to the list, I managed to get some friends along the way so build your lists!

Are you scared of list building?  Don’t be!  It really is not that hard and I have put a separate tutorial that will show you what it takes.
