Hi there,  here is just a quick post.  I just came over from the wealthyaffiliate forum, and another active user of build a niche store (eBay affiliate niche store) has received a second letter from lawyer, threatening of lawsuit if he continues to use that brand name.

So make sure when you are selecting the domain name you are not including anything such as eBayproducts or coachhandbags.net or anything like that.  It can cost you!

Rather have something like Brand Name Handbags .com..  Avoid the lawsuits!
